Alright.  It’s official.  We have booked our flights.  On the 21st of July we’ll be arriving in London with our guitars, ready to play some shows in the UK.  The finer details of this mini-tour are still being finalised, and all will be revealed at a later stage, but for now, United Kingdom, if you’re reading this... we are coming.  Be sure to put the kettle on.

We’ve got a lot to sort out before then, but we know we’ll be doing some shows around London, so if you live in the London area and are reading this and thinking, “Wow, I wish an acoustic comedy duo would come stay with me for a while...”, then please go to our contact page and get hold of us – we really could use all the help and support we can get!

In other big Streep news, we congratulate our bassist Richard Graham on his engagement to Emma Muller – in the words of our song Tonight... she's his start to his end, she's his very best friend, she's his soul and his heart and the end to his start... We wish you amazing people many blessings, and are really excited for the great future you’ve been building with each other.

Unfortunately there’s often some bad news with the good news, and the bad news is that our gig this Saturday with Captain Stu and Lancaster Band at Eaglevlei Winery has been cancelled.  If this announcement really breaks your heart, don’t stress – on Saturday night, take your computer outside with you into the garden, open a bottle of wine, and then watch this clip – it’ll be almost like the real thing.

23rd March (Tuesday) it’s time to meet up with our good friends K, Ray and the Bird again for a duo show at Die Boer in Durbanville.  If you’re addicted to Facebook events, the event is here.

27th March (Saturday) – this will be our second Boo Radley’s show.  We had great fun at the first one last weekend, so, if you’re free, come along.  Alas, there’s no Facebook event for this one, but we promise we’ll make one...

10th April (Saturday) – the third Boo Radley’s show.

16th April (Friday) – the full band brings you a show in aid of raising funds for our new album, The Brothers Streep Storytellers at Fogeys.  The Facebook event is here, and the video is here.  Yes we recorded a video for the event, don’t all bands do that?
