In this episode we discuss the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa, the return of the Volcanic Ash, and we even take time out to sing a little good luck song for those studying for their exams.

Before I write more about the podcast, I feel I should offer a warning.  Don’t ever watch Game Time late at night on e-TV.  Don’t be fooled by the title – it’s not game time - early in the morning whilst most normal people are sleeping, is not and will never be an ideal time to play any sort of game, especially not a game which is going to cost you money.

As explained in this podcast, the idea was simple:  There was a grid with pictures – and three pictures were different to all the other pictures in the grid.  All you had to do was SMS a number, they would call you, and then you’d give them the rather obvious answer.

However – they don’t call you.  I sms’d about 10 times, and each time they said something like ‘Your number was nearly chosen for direct connection to our studio.  That was very close!’  I could live with that response, if it wasn’t for the fact the lady on screen was complaining that no-one was calling in and that she was urgently waiting for a caller so that she could give away the prize.  Liar!

And what makes matters worse is that I should have known better, because my very own brother posted his complaints about a similar show in Dyl Streep's Rant & Rave: Late Night Televised Game Shows.
